We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has been placed. Or if you would like, call our store at 985.542.8746. Orders are processed every day after 6pm cst. and will ship the following day if items are in stock.

Shipping
Shipping is $15.00 per order (shipping costs may vary on larger orders. Please contact kay-la for larger orders). Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. International orders take longer to ship and have an additional costs. Please contact kay-la before placing an international order. If you have a rush order please contact kay-la; we may be able to accommodate you.

Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are non-refundable and non- transferable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Not redeemable for cash.

Return Policy
All products on our site can be returned up to 14 days after purchased if merchandised is unused and returned in orginial packaging. All returns are issued in a store credit. No cash refunds. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Repair Policy
Quality and customer satisfaction are of utmost concern to us, and we stand behind the quality of all our products. If the problem is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will happily handle the repair free of charge. Please contact kay-la for assistance. Turn-around time for repairs is typically 4 weeks.

Care Policy for Your Kay-la Handbag
To extend the life of your bag, please treat with care.
Your Kay-la handbag will be a unique piece of your fashion ensemble. Each bag is hand-made in the heart of Louisiana. It is a limited-edition, as all Kay-la handbags are. Maintain the fabric by spot-cleaning with a damp cloth only unless you have a leather edition bag. For all leather bags, please wipe with a soft cloth. Do not machine wash.
